Tailor Retail Makers develops Aedas’ Flagship in the Salamanca neighbourhood in Madrid

Tailor Retail Makers has been responsible for building the Flagship of the developer Aedas Homes at the heart of Salamanca neighbourhood in Madrid, designed by architecture studio Joaquín Puget

The facilities take up a commercial space of 1,300 m2 distributed over two floors and located on the corner of Padilla street with Velázquez, in the Salamanca neighbourhood in Madrid, where several purposes coexist, such as internal administrative and creative uses of the promoter, an exhibition for clients and an event area.

Aedas’ Flagship is an innovative space designed to create an experience with the promoter’s clients, so apart from an office area where the interior design and commercial teams work, it has specific spaces for exhibitions that are also interactive. The spectacular reception area and waiting room are the beginning of a personalisation journey for them to obtain detailed information on Aedas’ promotions and customisations. It is remarkable a 360º immersion room that teleports the clients to a virtual world showing how their future house would be, as well as a complete exhibition of the multiple types of kitchens of the promoter. The space on this first floor also has a multifunctional room, another event area and a terrace with show-cooking, bioclimatic pergolas and a jacuzzi, among other facilities.

A real-scale pilot house of 100 m2 has been built in the walkout basement, a space that serves as a sensation zone. The property has a living room, an open kitchen and an en-suite bedroom. It has both radiant flooring and ceiling and is fully automated. On this level, there is also an experimental area for the client to see samples of several bathroom settings, a dressing room, a gym, a charging point, solar panels and a customised closure with three boxes.
