Monday (Urbania Group)

Tailor Retail Makers delivers the Monday coworking(Urbania Group) at Muelle Uno in Malaga. The project has been developed under the model of collaborative contract and provides with 1,600 sqm-offices in the city of Malaga.

Last November, Tailor Retail Makers (Sinerba group), delivered Monday (International Urbania group) their new coworking space at Muelle Uno, adding Malaga to the catalogue of remarkable workspaces that the company has in some other Spanish cities, such as Madrid and Barcelona.

The space, located very close to the urban centre and right on the golden Mile of Muelle Uno, provides the city of Malaga with 1,600 square metres of offices for companies and business men under the concept of pay-per-use of the space. This also offers food service, gym, tax, accounting and marketing advice, relax areas, game rooms and booth to speak on the phone in private, among other facilities.

Collaborative process
As an added value, the construction process has been carried out as (IPD) Integrated Project Delivery, where promoter, constructor and planner work together to reduce uncertainty and risks within such unstable economic environment as the current one. It all has lead to the desired result, under a comprehensive control at any moment and with a significant reduced first budget.

With this project, Tailor Retail Makers consolidates in the turnkey sector as a strategic partner that contributes experience, guarantee and specialisation to companies in the process of implementing their businesses.

Monday (Urbania Group)
Monday is a network of flexible offices and coworking spaces. They currently have five centres in Barcelona: Monday Tibidabo and Monday Barceloneta (2018), Monday Diagonal (2019), Monday Arroba and Monday Pau Claris (2022); two spaces in Madrid: Monday Rio (2021) and Monday Chamberí (2022) and one at Muelle Uno in Malaga (2022). At Monday, they are aware that working ways are changing. Thus, their goal is to lead this transformation and be pioneers in creating new models of workplaces, new office formats and new meeting points for the staff.
