Dunique

Construction and implementation of the sales office for “Dunique”, a luxury housing development located in Marbella. 

The office has been built with an industrialised modular construction system that reduces assembly delivery times by manufacturing the modules with all their finishes in the factory, transporting and placing them directly on the site.

It has four modules, and its transport and assembly took less than 48 hours.

Thanks to the use of assembled modular structures, it has been possible to carry out a unique and spectacular design, creating an open space with great luminosity, with panoramic views of the dunes and the sea.
